Groov Reviews & Product Details

Groov is the platform land developers use to manage and sell their lots. Organize every development into phases and lots, track availability and status in real time, and run your lot sales and takedown schedules in one place. The centerpiece is a live, interactive, geolocated map you embed on your own website. Buyers browse your available lots, see status, price, photos, and details, and reach out about the exact lot they want. When you update a lot in Groov, your public map updates instantly. No PDFs, no webmaster, no stale availability lists. Behind the map, Groov keeps your whole operation together: lot inventory (development to phase to lot), sales and transactions, takedown schedules, documents (surveys, plats, agreements), pricing lists, and analytics on which lots buyers are most interested in. It includes unlimited users, so your whole team and your agents can all be in it at no extra cost. Groov also gives you a real-time view of what’s happening across your developments. See how many lots are for sale, under contract, or sold, along with total and average lot values. Track sales and lot activity across individual developments or your entire portfolio without piecing together spreadsheets from multiple projects. On the buyer side, Groov’s analytics show how people are using your website map, including which lots are getting the most views, where viewers are coming from, and whether they’re browsing on desktop, mobile, or tablet. That gives you a better picture of where buyer interest is coming from and which lots are getting attention. Groov is built and supported in the United States and is purpose-built for independent land developers selling lots to many buyers. If you're running your lots on spreadsheets, PDFs, or a webmaster today, Groov gives you a professional, always-current lot map and a single system to run your developments.
