Very helpful management system for our workflows and cases. Since starting using it, we have dramatically reduced admin time and phone time with dentists sorting queries. Our lab is much more organized now and our dentists love using our ordering portal. Remakes have been reduced drastically and the "query/on hold shelf" has no more cases on it. The whole team loves using the software. There is very friendly and professional customer support, although we do not require much and implementing the software was seamless
