Easy support. Quick support. Simple payments.

I love the accessibility and simplicity of the UI on Gravel Host, as well as the support that comes with it. The initial setup was extremely easy, which was a huge plus. Their support is attentive, and I'd like to give a shoutout to Trinity for helping me with issues earlier when I wasn't able to update my server automatically.

I like that Gravel Host is cheaper than pretty much all other hosts, making it cost-effective for my Minecraft SMP server. The customer support is another aspect I appreciate, as well as the cheap, easy-to-use panel which is very simple to navigate, especially for beginners. The initial setup was too easy, which was great. I also find Gravel Host to be better than Minestone, as I switched back and found it more satisfactory.
