Outstanding Support, Affordable Pricing, Minor Setup Hiccups
I really appreciate the customer support experience at Gravel Host; they were able to help me with my issues and get the server up and running in as little as two minutes, which I thought was really nice. I love their customer support and their prices, which I think are really good. I think the UI is pretty good, and overall, the UI is okay, stacking up against other UIs I've seen.

Fast & Friendly Support with Easy Setup
I like the support at Gravel Host because it's very fast and friendly. They have helped me fix a lot of issues, including fixing my server and running a modpack that wasn't working. They've also helped me with performance issues and processed my order quickly. The initial setup process was easy and simple.

Easy to Use with Exceptional Support and Plugin Flexibility
I found Gravel Host fairly easy to use and appreciate the free range of plugins available. The ability to drop files easily and import my configs saved me a lot of time, making the switch from Aternos much better. The customer support was amazing, especially the help from someone called Vampy.
