Great experience to begin with, a little more rocky recently

I like that for the most part the UCM just works, as do the phones that we have. The UCM has a nice user interface, is fairly easy to get to grips with and the support team have been good to a point.

These IP's Grandstream phones are great, not awesome but do all what I expected.

With the easy configuration, you can quickly get into the interface and configure the phone as per your need, the IP assignment worked perfectly fine, and the intuitive UI
