Ease of adoption: a wide range of users with differing levels of experience with quality systems could understand and appreciate the system pretty quickly without a lot of hand holding 2. Low resource burden: our team was able to manage the entire system with 1-2 admins/coordinators, neither of which needed to be full-time devoted to GAS 3. Ease of configuration: system functionality is intuitive and release notes for upgrades are written in a way that you can actually understand what is changing and how it impacts your system so that you can make informed decisions about how/if you want to implement the change
