As for how it works with our system (S4), I don’t know all the technical details, but it’s integrated nicely. You just drag and drop the invoice file into Graip, and then it automatically pulls the info from the document and updates it in S/4. It only takes a few simple steps and some waiting time, which makes the whole process smooth and hassle-free. In addition, it works well not only with English but also with Latvian, which eliminates the need for translation. Overall, it’s a solid tool that makes invoice uploading much easier and more accurate.
