I love how Gracely is an easy-to-use system, so you don’t have to be tech certified to use it. The calendar is a nice feature. The initial setup was 100% hassle-free.

Currently we are using Gracely for communicating with our congregation. In the past it was mostly word of mouth or phone calls. Now we can simply send an email to everyone, or just a group of people. We have had a couple problems with the app, but the Gracely people responded quickly and found a solution for us. The are also working on improving the app and are asking for way to improve it.

What I like best about Gracely is how simple it is while still being powerful. Managing people, families, groups, events, and giving is all in one place, so I do not need multiple tools anymore. The attendance tracking and contribution reports save me time every week, and sending emails or SMS directly from the platform makes communication much easier. It has simplified our workflow and helped us stay more organized as a church.
