Gorilla Panel is a client portal and SLA help desk for B2B companies running business critical websites and online stores. Clients submit tickets through the portal, email or GP Connect (a Chrome extension for reporting issues straight from any website), track their support hour pool, response times and task progress, and keep invoices, monthly time reports, contracts and NDAs in one dashboard available 24/7. Two way ClickUp sync shows live statuses, priorities and deadlines. Help Desk packages offer 10 to 40 support hours per month with response from 4 working hours, and a separate SLA service adds uptime, SSL and 5xx monitoring, backup restore tests and P1 response from 30 minutes. Built by Gorilla Software, a Polish software house with 27 developers.
