It is very intuitive and has a really good support team. We use this platform for phishing campaigns and security awareness, our employees love the interactive courses.
As for the frecuency of use, we use it for our phishing campaigns (which are launched twice a year) and for concurrent training for our employees.
Campaigns are very easy to launch.
