Go Nimbly's Personalized Approach Drove Success

Go Nimbly helped us implement our sales engagement solution on a tight timeline and with minimal hiccups moving from the previous solution to the current one. They weren't cookie cutter about their approach with us and adapted their processes and methods to our unique use cases, which made all the difference and allowed us to move quickly on a tight timeline. They walked alongside us and were an extension of our team, matching our depth in details. The Go Nimbly team was fun to work with; they were personal and brought a freshness to our project that only top teams bring. They kept us on track by project managing while being flexible enough to adapt agendas and focus when needed. Additionally, they answered endless questions about tool functionality, almost always having an answer, and when they didn't, they got back to us speedily.

GoNimbly has been instrumental in standing up our GTM operations function!

The best part about GoNimbly is their willingingness to spend time with you to talk through any questions and their quick responses on slack. This is my first time setting up and connecting a tech stack and they have been diligent in ensuring I have the best understanding of the choices I am making for the company. Whenever I have a small question about a process they immediately walk my through it or send me a loom, and they document it in our playbook. This is extremely beneficial when starting out to have everything written down.

Go Nimbly helped us redesign our sales methodologies for clearer forecasting

We changed a lot about our processes and we needed someone who could think through that roadmap and vision, but also have the skills and speed to execute on that roadmap. Go Nimbly’s team comes at these projects from a very revenue/sales ops perspective vs. other generalist consultancies.
