After using it for almost 4 years now, I see the unique power of the software! It is extremely customizable the likes of which you rarely see if software today! You can truly, using your own team and knowledge, make GSS the exact type of erp system you need, if you know how to tweak it! That is the most amazing and yet hardest part of GSS! It has taken me years to do, but I have learned how to tailor it to do what I need for my company! Custom reports, dashboards, data integration, automation, is all possible and allowed by GSS. Direct access to the underlying database is available, allowing you to pull data via sql scripts and this makes integration possibilities endless! I am pulling custom data to excel files using an ODBC driver, which updates the data in real time in excel! The full power of this software took time to uncover, but once you harness it, it’s endless where you can take it! If your the kind of business or team that just wants something to work and has no tech skills at all and relies entirely on external IT support, this is not for you! If your a tech minded person that does not shy away from DIY projects and really reading the help files and digging into systems, this is for you! It’s like having a Linux computer with endless custom abilities vs a MAC computer which just works but is what it is. GSS is not the MAC, it is Linux and will require customizing and if you have the ability to customize, then jump in!
