The UI is simple and easy to use. Nothing too complicated and no unnecessary visual styling to distract you. The fact that Instagram stories and posts can be scheduled well in advance without any limitations is a huge plus point. Not many apps out there can do that. The CEO is very pleasant to speak to and always focuses on customer requirements. They even got me to come back to them with a custom plan which suited my requirements exactly.

Fair price and ability to post "Stories". The ability to have additional team members and different setup teams within the organization feels like an ultra premium feature that's included in even their base price.

These guys are great when it comes to help. I got an immediate email back from the support desk, and they are awesome at communicating. When we first joined, I couldn't do an intro call at the times they offered and they were totally willing to work around my schedule. It's also super easy to use.
