Customer service is excellent, platform is intuitive and easy to use and we have had great expereince with the account managers to date who ensure that your event needs are met. We have used the silent auciton functionalities for a number of years and recently took advantage of the ticketing platform and online check-in,which was seamless. We will definitely use it again.
