You can set up notifications in several different ways and automate reports. You can import data spreadsheets in many CRM tabs rather than entering data one by one. The system has frequent updates and new features, and the company listens to the customers and implements what we need. Volunteer tracking is robust and compatible with mobile devices. They have one of the better public-facing volunteer calendar designs. When a day has multiple volunteer events scheduled, the calendar doesn't get jumbled. Registration and forms are intuitive for our constituents, which is one of the most important variables in volunteer tracking. They have a chat support that is actually helpful!
