The customer service is excellent. They are responsive and collaborative and realy take time with us when we have questions or ideas to run by them. I also like how they continue to improve on their offerings each year. It also feels like they listen to feedback and base changes and improvements on what they are hearing. A very thoughtful and highly valued vender relationship for us.

Exceptional Customer Service

I love your customer support team! Using a new platform can be really stressful, especially when it involves your non-profit's online fundraising. Our first campaign started the week we implemented GiveCampus. I felt like I was asking a thousand questions, but your team handled all of them in a friendly and professional way without making me feel stupid for not figuring things out on my own. When I email a question to Support, I'll receive an answer within minutes. There is so much comfort in knowing that!

Give Campus feels like one of us. We work with other vendors and they are just that vendors. Jed, our rep, is a part of our team and feels ownership in the goals we all set together. They continue to add new elements and features. Platform is easy to use and is reliable.
