Giftogram has been wonderful so far. The platform itself is very intuitive, and any gaps in my understanding have been VERY quickly resolved by our wonderful account representative. The vendor choices are broad and grant employee's a great range of choice, and the prepaid visa/mastercard option fills in any blanks in case folks have more off-the-beaten-track taste. Its been a breeze so far - and Giftogram makes it so easy with withdrawals, recipient set up, campaign management - all of which have been facilitated by our, again, wonderful representative. We looked at a number of platforms and so far are THRILLED to have gone with Giftogram. They even have an integration option with ADP, which while we are not using currently, is great to know moving forward! Pricing is clear and fair, with no sneaky hidden costs (which frankly some other vendors did have). I haven't used any AI capabilities yet, but I am sure they're par the course with how great the tool has been otherwise.

You can customize the messages and really surprise someone with your e-gift

I like being able to purchase gift cards that recipients can use at the retailer of their choice. It takes the guesswork out of deciding where to buy the gift cards in the first place. Our company has used both the digital cards that are emailed to people and the physical ones. I tend to prefer the physical cards because they feel like a more tangible gift that is something they can actually receive and hold. I also love that I can design the cards and the branding myself, so I can tailor them to a specific initiative or event I’m working on. We often order ones that include notecards and envelopes for a polished look.
