Good service, reliable, and great support. We use it to run automated tests on production, to verify content doesn't change. We can then ger alerts via the may integrations. We can also use it for testing changes on staging. The ability to run tests from multiple locations is also very useful.

Ghost Inspector is the best automation tool or application out there. This is the only automation tool out there you do not need a dedicated resource to handle to do the creating of the auto tests and maintaining them. Selenium and other tools like it take up way to much of your time figuring out how to create the tests and why or how they broke and if the failures are truly even failures. The ease of use on this tool out weights all the others in a big way.
