Great Remote Access Solution
The solution is very easy to use and allows me to send invites for quick support from remote locations. The permanent access is extremely helpful. This solution is very good and allows me to access computers when I need to and is less finicky than RDP and is cross platform so it works with both PC's and Mac's. I use Getscreen multiple times each week and allows me to efficiently manage my computers.
