Our journey with Geo Rep started about 3 years ago. After going through quite a robust scoping, planning, and onboarding process, our team can confidently do what they do best. For our business, it is essential to communicate effectively between Head Office and the Field Teams and to have a consolidated platform to share and retrieve information. Geo Rep enables us to bridge that gap and is considered a business tool instead of a conventional sales tool. As IT Manager, working with the Geo Rep Team is a delight. They are always helpful, quick to respond to queries, open-minded, and keen to explore new ideas. Another considerable benefit is shared innovation - where new functionality is shared amongst customers (if it benefits them). I'm also surprised by how well they've handled our ERP system's integration and how quickly they can adapt to changes. Our Sales Coordinator, who deals with the Geo Rep team and back-end platform, enjoys their ways of working and ease of use. This includes but is not limited to loading various call cycles, creating tasks, reporting outputs, customer and product updates, loading informational documents and raising support queries and requests.
