It’s really useful to be able to ask questions about specific clauses or sections, because it helps me understand why each part matters. The Risk Review feature is also convenient for spotting where the risks are and thinking through how to address them more effectively.
I also feel it prepares you well for a conversation with a lawyer. I was able to share an MSA that already looked good for my needs, and they could review it with about 80% of the work already done.

An amazing contracts tool
Great at drafting long contracts. Typical ChatGPT can't do that. I prefer long contracts as they are more precise and carry the detail that is needed.
Also, when negotiating with other parties, the terms of the contract will naturally be changed during the course of negotations. This is where this product absolutely excels, as changes can be made in a matter of seconds, whereas it is an absolute headache to make changes without the use of AI.
