With the first problem it delivered a real time saving of almost £2000:00 against what a local solicitor was going to charge for a simple task with the Land Registry. with the second problem it delivered a £750:00 refund from a third party delivery agent who was trying to obfuscate and avoid paying out for an item they admitted to losing, and the third problem it provided solid legal parameters around which to hold a discussion. The value for money delivered by GenieAI has been absolutely outstanding and it is now my default choice for even vaguely legal matters.

Easy to use with the AI function, quality contracts generated and relevant to Singapore laws

We had a short term need to develop a series of legal templates. Using Genie AI got us 80% of the way there for each of them on the first draft, saving a huge amount of time. It was also able to highlight certain issues that I was unaware of and, through back and forth Q&A, resolve each point. In terms of performance, some tasks take longer than we have been accustomed to with LLMs but given the specificity of the tasks, this feels entirely reasonable. In terms of output quality, the templates feel reasonably generic but are a significant step up from what generic LLMs would produce on a first pass. The UI/UX is very simple an intuitive, making it very easy to work with. Overall, I've been very happy with the service and the pricing is great for our needs.
