I signed up for GAT+ about four weeks ago to run reports for my organization, and the experience has been absolutely fantastic. From the start, the platform was intuitive and powerful — it allowed us to dive deep into our Google Workspace data and uncover key usage metrics that had previously been difficult to extract. GAT has provided seamless workflows that allow us to effectively manage accounts and data. The customized automated reporting mechanisms allow us to remain informed about specific instances and make informed decisions. Customer support has also remained consistent throughout the duration of our subscription. In my experience with other products, there is typically a decline in service connection after you are done with the sales representative. This has not been the case with GAT, as they periodically reach out to offer one-on-one training, and in the world of AI, it is nice to have human interactions when learning a product.

After years of GWS support at various organizations it was a delight working with tools like GAT+ and GAT Flow which have automated much of the manual work of the past. GAT is a bit like GAM with great UI and even better technical/customer support. Need to remove 1,500 dormant accounts? No problem - use a regular expression in GAT to pull accounts then import to a GAT Flow to archive the accounts; takes all of five minutes. GAT's ability to connect to several tenants opens up new possibilities for actually testing in a "test "environment before pushing a workflow to "production". Tired of exporting User and log records into sheets to crunch in Sheets or Excel? Need custom variables in GWS that can act as variables to direct process flow in a Workflow? No problem, GAT does it. As for customer service? It's quick, courteous and professional.
