Efficient, resource-saving, and with excellent support – GemBox in use since 2017.

We have been using the GemBox components in our backend services since 2017, and in the last three years also on Linux systems. They are efficient and resource-saving. The technical support is excellent: The first response usually occurs on the same day. Any bugs are fixed within two to three days, and a hotfix version is offered. Regular updates are released monthly. In addition to the "normal" documentation, there is now also an AI skill, which I find very practical.

Gembox document is great for mail merge capabilities

We use GemBox Document primarily for mail merge functionality. The component is flexible and very fast. The assistance support is always present and quickly helps to resolve any problems or particular cases to be managed.

Stellar Support! Superior software! Lightweight and fast!

Support was stellar! I didn't have much to go on except our business name and our product key. I sent them an email asking for some help and general direction. I spoke with Mario, and he went above and beyond in my opinion. I am a novice programmer and was able to re-write a Visual Basic app replacing Word.Interop with the Gembox.Document in a few sleepless nights. Gembox is by far much faster than word interop! I would highly recommend checking out Gembox for your document creation needs!
