It's just simplicity, comparing to old way with excel sheets and importing pictures into document and then after being finished you realize you have to do it once again since on the shop floor situation is completely different...SOP is now child's play and the most important thing people on the shop floor can make it by themselves for them and finally use it. I just love it!

I only like these type of products if they eliminate waste. Everything is implemented for me already. And there are updates happening all the time

The ease of use. I generally tell people making a standard with GembaDocs is only anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes longer than it takes to actually execute the process (depending on how many process steps there are of course). The biggest hindrance, in my opinion, to you building the team you want is both you and your team's lack of understanding and discipline around standards and their importance. There's no better tool for reaching that required level of discipline and understanding of standards than GembaDocs.
