We can now track how we show up in AI answers
More patients are asking ChatGPT and Google AI for "best clinic near me" before they call. We wanted to know if our clinics come up. The AI visibility score shows it for the whole network, and per clinic, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Some of our biggest clinics were barely mentioned, which surprised us. We check it every month now along with our reviews.

One number for all 350 stores
We have 350 stores and a marketing team of 4. Leadership kept asking "how are we doing on Google Maps?" and we never had a clean answer. Now we show them the Local Visibility Score for the whole portfolio. It's one number out of 100, and we can drill down store by store. Last quarter our portfolio score went from [x] to [y], and we could point to the exact stores that pulled it up. We also found about 30 stores sitting well below the rest, so that's where we're focusing now.

Portfolio Reports in Minutes and Powerful Map-Based Rank Tracking
Leadership wants one report every month for all 280 outlets. Building that used to take my team 2 to 3 days of pulling data. Now we export the portfolio report and add our notes. The rank tracker is the other thing we use a lot. We check how each outlet ranks for "restaurants near me" type searches across the map, not just from the outlet's front door. Some outlets we thought were strong were actually weak a few streets away.
