Leadership wanted to know if local SEO was working across all our locations and I never had a single answer. Now I show the local visibility score for the whole portfolio and per location against the baseline. Last quarter it went up and I could show exactly which locations moved it. Also useful to see which locations dropped.

The main thing for us is having every store in one dashboard. Before this, our regional teams each managed their own profiles and head office had no view at all. Now I can filter by region and see which stores have unanswered reviews, which have not posted in a while, and which have hours that do not match our master list. Bulk update is the feature we use most. When we changed our return policy text last month, it went to every store in one go. The visibility score by region is what I put in front of leadership every month.

We have been using it since March for our stores. Mostly for the posting and the reviews. Setup was ok, took maybe a week or so with support helping on chat. The posting part works well, we set it and it goes. Reviews we still reply to manually for the low ratings but the rest is automatic now.
