It is easy to use and follow. It integrates well with our Okta.

In short, very easy to use the interface and to book a room or desk. More specifically I like the visualization of all the empty or occupied spaces for specific days in our office, because of that is is easy to both filter out unavailable spaces and see where exactly the space I reserve is located. I also like the filtering of the space types (desks/meeting rooms). Being able to see what other colleagues work from the office and where. I like that Gable is integrated with my Outlook calendar and sends a reminder about upcoming reservation. Easy to cancel or reschedule the reservation, and in general the app is working very smoothly.

Gable is my go-to meeting and conference space app. Not only is everything a breeze to use, I always have a great experience at the location.
