Great product, lacking quality customer service.

It's provided us a better CRM option for the size of our organization. It allows us to have exactly what is needed and not pay for anything we don't use. It's also very easy to use for the donors and the staff. The widget we are able to put on our website for donation has been wonderful.

Funraise is easy to use and relevant for non-profits!

|Funraise
I love that Funraise stays up to date on technology trends and constantly introduces new tools for users. Their customer service is extremely helpful and kind, especially when non-profit teams are typically smaller and people are filing many roles. Their interface and user experience is nice and easy to understand and they work in multiple countries (I work with clients around the world). Compared to other donor management systems, they check so many of the right boxes and I recommend Funraise to many people!

Great donor management system

|Funraise
Funraise is a brilliant donor management system. It has incredible UI and UX which makes it a pleasure to use. I love that Funraise is constantly adding new features. This is definitely something worth investing in. Additionally, Funraise is one of the few donor management systems that works in countries outside of the US and Canada.
