User-friendly platform and excellent customer support

|Funraise
Funraise is a very user-friendly platform and makes fundraising and donor management easy. It is an ideal nonprofit tool to implement, and we appreciate the constant addition of new features and refinement of existing ones. Their customer support is always impressive, and they tend to go above and beyond with a dedicated team of professionals. Our Customer Success Manager, Yuna, has been and continues to be excellent.

A very pleasing, fun, easy to use platform

|Funraise
Pulling lists and creating forms are so easy. The appearance is very pleasing. The tutorial videos are great for a new user, and client support is exceptional - Carrie always responds quickly and I don't feel like one of a zillion anonymous clients.
