The Funnel system is my favorite feature. I like that I can create one sequence for a certain funnel and then re-use later or combine it with other sequences or funnel types to really impress. If you're unsure how to use a Facebook funnel effectively, FunnelDash includes 2 good, tested examples of sequences you can use to get started. You can map out an entire conversation pretty easily. I think it's neat that you can delay the responses for a more natural conversation, but I don't you will be fooling anyone into thinking it's a real human chatting -- but that's OK. It all comes off very professional.
