I like the simplicity of FTAPI and the excellent support. It's really great that we can send files securely, especially larger files that cannot be sent by conventional means. I also greatly appreciate the ability to work with external partners in a shared project space on projects like construction projects. It's very convenient that FTAPI is used directly in the browser without requiring any integration, which makes it super easy and relaxed.

After using FTAPI for a while, a few things have stood out to me in a very practical, day to day way. I did not expect to use the automation features much, but they turned out to be helpful for tasks that repeat all the time. The audit trail is also clearer than I thought it would be, which makes it easier to answer questions about who accessed what. I also added the E-Mail Encryption and our counterparties really like it.
