Greatly reduces fraud, and the profit losses that result from fraudulent IDs. Gives us a dashboard for tracking types of results, and notification options. We use this daily at multiple locations and there are multiple ways of having IDs scanned, including an option for cutomers to submit the ID before arriving. It's not particularly hard to get implemented, especially when using Enterprise, since I can create a settings profile on one machine and apply it to others. Support has been fairly responsive, and I usually get an initial response within hours if there is an issue. Improvements to stability and install/updates over the years as well as options to scan without having a computer have made this product much better over time.
