Fraction.work is the best discovery of 2022
They came ready with an onboarding packet to make sure we were set up for success. The developers we have are knowledgeable, plus we have weekly sync meetings with a project manager (currently the head of operations) to ensure everything is going smoothly. The CEO also joins calls when needed to make sure all questions are answered.
