The best to streamline invoice processing and boost workplace efficiency

As an accountant, the daily volume of invoices that I handle ranges between 100-500, varying depending on the time of year. The repetitive nature of these manual tasks can lead to boredom and ultimately result in carelessness or inaccuracies, which can be detrimental to our business operations. uBot Invoice has effectively reduced my workload and the required resources while minimizing the chances of mistakes in invoice processing. A revolutionizer of workplace productivity

At my workplace, we faced a significant challenge in our data entry process due to the under-average quality of our IT infrastructure. Our accountants would spend up to 8 hours a day manually entering data from invoices, which can lead to boredom and exhaustion, often resulting in errors and false information. This slowed down our business processes and put us at risk of making incorrect decisions based on inaccurate data. After applying uBot Invoice, we have seen a significant improvement in the accuracy and efficiency of our invoice processing. Beyond-expectation automation solution

Before implementing uBot Invoice in my unit, I anticipated that it would serve solely as an invoice reader, so I was surprised to know that it provided so much more than that. In fact, it revolutionized our entire document processing system, particularly with regard to invoicing. Our legacy system involved printing invoices, even when they were originally in digital form. This was done to make it easier for the accounting department and the back office to track and monitor invoices in case of errors or conflicts related to transactional data. This paper-based system had numerous drawbacks, including the risks associated with storing and archiving physical copies, such as potential damage from fire, theft, or deterioration over time. Since transitioning to digitalized invoices with uBot, our company has experienced significant improvements in efficiency and productivity. We have eliminated the costs associated with maintaining physical storage space and the associated labor, resulting in substantial savings. Data entry and sorting time upon receipt of invoices has been reduced by 80%, from an average of 5 minutes per invoice to approximately 1 minute. With the invoice database hosted on the cloud, any accountant within the department can access invoices and related analytics at any time, from anywhere.
