For me, Format was the best choice. I was looking for a way to build my website, and do it very easily, and then I became familiar with Format, which was just perfect for me. I took me very little time to raise my website, and present my portfolio to other people. Besides that, I think that my Format based website has led mine to a lot of new customers.
