Their communication is fantastic and I love how they handle everything about the tax filing process. We live on Slack so the shared Slack channel is a game changer.

The team is super responsive, the portal keeps track of everything. I can access reports without waiting for an email, but also ensure everything is properly done by a human.

I appreciate that I can be entirely hands off, which gives me the freedom to focus more on other aspects of my business and spend less time on tedious accounting tasks that I don't enjoy. I also enjoy that they actively seek feedback to improve their offerings.
