Three things stand out: (1) the Stripe Atlas partnership pricing made it genuinely affordable for a pre-revenue startup to get a full CPA stack including R&D credit, (2) the onboarding process was thorough but never confusing — Sara was responsive and walked us through every step including the parts most founders don't think about like cap table documentation, and (3) the use of QuickBooks Online under the hood means our books stay portable, which matters to us as a fintech where compliance posture is part of our product. The dedicated Slack-style support model is the right fit for a small founding team.
