I like that Flowmingo provides an easy process for applying and recruitment, even though the AI interview was just okay for my first time using this channel.

The feature I like the most is that the AI interviewer can ask questions for a particular role. After I answer those questions, it can also ask some follow-up questions to validate my knowledge in-depth. For example, it might ask how I would choose between a relational database and a NoSQL database, and after I answer, it keeps asking things like what if we now have high volume or higher traffic and how we can handle the data growth. The initial setup was super easy, just like using Zoom or other online meeting tools. The only thing I had to make sure of was that my mic and camera were working, and that's all.

I find Flowmingo easy to use, and I appreciate that there are already real-life scenarios available. These scenarios are helpful because they relate directly to the work I do, serving as a great preparation tool. I also enjoy being able to review my score immediately after assessments without having to wait for feedback. Having real-time feedback helps me understand my current standing with the company.
