If your organization's leadership bets on going serious about automating your processes, FlowForma is a great choice as a technological enabler of such strategic choice. The tool is easy to use, but you need to start small and not choose your most complex process as your first to automate (trust FlowForma advisors on this). It can be integrated with other applications, but that's an advanced API feature that we have not yet implemented, although we surely intend to.
