Great LOS that can help keep everyone updated.
I like that it is user friendly for both me as the LO and for my client. I rarely get calls telling me they can't get it to work, can't upload documents etc. Which I used to get from my old system. Being able to customize questions is also helpful. I really like that I'm able to customize the required documents for the type of loan needed. It has helped to prevent burn out from repeatedly having to go back to them asking for more documentation.
