You never have to 're-check' if someone sent you a particular document or if they sent you all the documents, because the auto notifications in the system tell you. 5. The auto notifications it emails and texts to the borrower and all parties involved is a great time saver as well. There are many features I really like and I could go on and on about but rates a are low and I'm busy and Floify has certainly been a help in that.
