The interface is very appealing and the end user options are very good

I am pleased to report that the FlippingBook platform has been 100% dependable in my experience. At my company, we create 1 main flipbook per year, and then make regionalized duplicates in other languages. We upload the US PDF, add the interactive elements, and then make a copy and swap the regionalized PDF in its place. The interactive elements remain in place during the swap, so I don't have to rebuild them for each version. I love that feature and I have never had the process fail even once. I also appreciate that FlippingBook accurately integrates the many hyperlinks that our PDFs contain, so I don't have to add them manually. I also appreciate the privacy controls that make it possible to gate the flipbook behind contact forms. FlippingBook customer serivce is awesome. They have always been very fast to respond and have quickly been able to answer my questions. I also apprecitate the analytics that are included in our subscription. It helps us know which topics to focus on by showing us which flipbooks get the most views, which pages are viewed, how much time is spent in the document, and what platforms our viewers are using to view the flipbooks.
