I use FlexPoint for payment processing and it has solved a lot of problems for us, including ones we had with our previous provider. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to login, and I know my customers appreciate that as well. I love getting an email whenever a customer has trouble logging in, which allows me to address the issue proactively. The notifications for when customers make payments make my job so much easier by eliminating the need to check manually. The transition to using FlexPoint has been smooth with no complaints from customers—this has certainly been an upgrade for us. Additionally, the onboarding with Wes was fantastic, making the initial setup incredibly easy.
