FlatWaiver is digital waiver management software for activity-based businesses that collect liability releases from participants — climbing and bouldering gyms, trampoline parks, axe throwing venues, martial arts schools, escape rooms, and adventure and recreation operators. One flat monthly price covers unlimited signed waivers, with no per-waiver charges, no volume tiers to forecast, and no overage fees. Businesses build branded waivers from a template or an existing PDF, then collect signatures by shareable link, QR code, embedded website form, or on-site kiosk. Waivers can be signed in advance on a participant's own phone or at check-in on a tablet. Adult and minor/guardian signing are both supported. Every signed waiver is stored in a searchable archive with signer name, signature, timestamp, and IP address captured for evidentiary purposes, and can be exported to PDF at any time.
