AI-Powered, Simplified Endpoint Management
I use OpenFrame for supporting my customers in teams of up to 20 people, and it's a really good way to remotely manage endpoints and troubleshoot level one and two issues. I appreciate the AI-native capabilities of OpenFrame, where tickets are managed by an LLM, and AI orchestrates the technicians. My favorite feature is how it automatically writes SOPs, which is a huge help. I switched to OpenFrame from SuperOps due to its simplicity. It's great to be able to talk to one AI agent with visibility of the whole setup. The initial setup was very easy, just running a script on endpoints to install the agent, and you're good to go. As a solo team, OpenFrame offers the best leverage by having AI take on level one and two tasks.
