What I appreciated most was that the team is proactive and genuinely lovely to work with. They were always happy to help with anything, and every interaction was a pleasure. They responded to messages very quickly and implemented changes to the job description and any additional requirements without delay. During our cooperation they also added a chatbot that created a new job ad on its own, so all I had to do was align on the details with our headhunter. I also had access to their app, where I could see the list of people who had been approached and step in whenever I wanted - that was a really great feature. They were always fully transparent, and I can definitely recommend working with them.
