I appreciate Fingercheck's uncomplicated employee self-service time-tracking portal. It allows our local retail client's hourly staff to clock shifts and submit time-off requests with almost no training. This reduces our onboarding workload since we don’t have a dedicated IT team. The portal also significantly lightens our consulting workload, allowing staff to review their own time records independently and cutting down constant email check-ins for shift corrections. I also value the basic account setup that was straightforward for our people-operations team, enabling quick employee profile population and self-service portal activation without IT support.
