Amazing Product - Always Improving!
Findem is keeping pace and/or ahead of the game with using automation to surface profiles we normally would not find in our normal sourcing workflows. They build with a recruiting mindset and are always launching new features and optimizations. The recent launches with the Candidate Authenticity Suite and being able to search using Natural Language are huge and better than what competitors are doing! Our CSMs go above and beyond what I've experienced with other vendors and we will even get the opportunity to speak with Product Managers. It's evident how much they really care about working on the right things that customers really want and need.

Sourcing PartnerEfficient tool
I really like Findem - the best interface, easy to use tool and really helps me in getting results different than the other tools. I really like the feature of creating searches with lookalike profiles, jd etc. Sushant has been great, really helpful and patient in helping us out in understanding and making the use of Findem to its full potential.
