From a product perspective, Finch has allowed us to increase our HRIs integration coverage with a fraction of the cost if we would have had to develop all those API connections ourselves. Our customers use Finchs' API connections every day thousands of times, and setting the up is extremely easy. On top of this, we are really happy with the partnership in place with Finch. They provide a great support, and are willing to continue improving their product with our feedback.

I have been using Finch for three years to pull HR information into our platform. I love how Finch provides a good API that enables seamless integration of HR data into our system, which is essential for our operations. We evaluated other vendors but chose Finch due to its superior capabilities for handling HR data. Setting up Finch was straightforward and easy, which made the onboarding process smooth. Finch provides us with a centralized point to connect to various HR platforms, saving us from the hassle of building individual integrations. This is crucial as we don't have the time or resources to connect to each HR system separately, especially given the sensitive nature of HR data. I am highly likely to continue using Finch and renew our agreement due to these extensive integration capabilities.

Finch has many out of the box integrations in the HRIS / Payroll space. They are constantly iterating and adding more support. The CS team is very helpful and will asnwer quickly or file tickets as nessary
